(More customer reviews)This is an interesting biography of John Paul Jones of American Revolution fame. It retains excitement for the young reader and provides good information on the subject. John Paul Jones was Scottish and was considered a traitor of his homeland for backing the American Revolution. In England was accused of being a pirate and not considered to be anything else. He was a great hero of the US but died in France unknown and in an unmarked grave. What happened inbetween is very interesting.
