The author is successful in describing the physical and mental aspects of becoming a Seal. The reader will quickly find out what it takes to become a Seal, the different positions held within a Seal Team, and the various weapons and equipment that Navy Seals use. If a person wishes to learn more about the US Navy Seals this is without a doubt the book to buy.
